The Product
The Rare Beauty Perfect Strokes Universal Volumizing Mascara retails for $26 CAD and is a volumizing, lengthening and curling mascara. The brush has a unique eye-hugging brush that achieves the dramatic lengthening look. The Rare Beauty Perfect Strokes Universal Volumizing Mascara contains castor oil, which conditions, softens and hydrates the lashes. It is made without parabens, and is vegan and cruelty free.
The Review
I was in the market for a new mascara and I couldn’t wait to get my hands on the Rare Beauty Perfect Strokes Universal Volumizing Mascara. I’ve said this a million times before here, but I love Rare Beauty and every product I’ve tried has been incredible.
I saw a YouTuber rave about the Rare Beauty Perfect Strokes Universal Volumizing Mascara and I just had to try it. I ordered it as soon as I ran out of the previous mascara I was trying (the L’Oreal Paris Lash Paradise), and I’ve been obsessed with it ever since.
I have really short, dirty blonde eyelashes and most mascaras don’t do anything for them. The Rare Beauty Perfect Strokes Universal Volumizing Mascara lengthens them so much that it looks like I’ve had a lash lift and tint. It’s incredible. The mascara also has a natural, wispy finish that’s noticeable but doesn’t look clumpy or heavy.
The most important thing is that it doesn’t transfer throughout the day and make you look like a raccoon, which so many mascaras do. I’ve worn this for more than eight hours, and it still looks great at the end of the day. The mascara also comes off easily, which I appreciate as some mascaras you need to scrub off.

Would I buy this product again? I’ve recommended this mascara to everyone I know and I’ll definitely buy it again.
