I’ve been a fan of Farmacy’s skincare products since I first tried a few of them last summer. I recently received a sample from Sephora of the Farmacy Filling Good Hyaluronic Acid Plumping Serum. I’ve never tried a plumping serum before and was excited to see its results.

The Product
The Farmacy Filling Good Hyaluronic Acid Plumping Serum retails for $57 CAD and is a “skin-plumping and micro-filling serum that hydrates and smooths the look of wrinkles with hyaluronic acid and vegan collagen peptides.” It’s good for normal and dry skin types, and targets dullness, uneven texture and loss of firmness.
The highlighted ingredients are:
- Advanced, full-spectrum hyaluronic acid, which penetrates skin at different levels for maximized visible plumping and hydration,
- Encapsulated thyme extract, a lipo-filling active that visibly reduces smile lines and crow’s feet, and
- Vegan collagen peptides, which supports skin barrier and promotes visible wrinkle-smoothing benefits
For every purchase of Filling Good, Farmacy will be donating 5 meals to families in need through its charity partners. The product is vegan, cruelty free and Clean at Sephora certified.
The Review
I’ve been using a sample of the Farmacy Filling Good Hyaluronic Acid Plumping Serum for a few weeks now and I really like it, however, I don’t know if it’s a product I’d purchase again. The product feels nice on my skin and noticeably brightens my skin.
I can’t decide if I’ve noticed any visible plumping, but my skin does look fresh and glowy. I like using it in the mornings when my skin looks tired. The Farmacy Filling Good Hyaluronic Acid Plumping Serum is also extremely hydrating.
The Farmacy Filling Good Hyaluronic Acid Plumping Serum isn’t a must-have for me, but I’ll keep using the sample as I like how it brightens my skin in the mornings. Unfortunately, it didn’t do much for me other than that. Keep in mind it also has a strong, weird smell, but it goes away after a few seconds.
PROS: Brightening, hydrating
CONS: Didn’t notice any plumping, expensive, weird smell
Would I buy this product again? I don’t have any plans to buy it, but I’ll keep it in mind in case I want to give it a go again.
