YEG Cafe Highlight: Little Brick Cafe

Little Brick Cafe

Little Brick is a YEG cafe staple. Everyone loves the charming brick house that houses the cafe and I’ve never not seen a line out the door. Located in the heart of Edmonton, Little Brick Cafe serves drinks, pastries, and food, including brunch and hearty dishes like beef stew. Along with coffee, you can also order cocktails, wine and craft beer.

One of the best parts about Little Brick is that there’s ample seating, including a large patio that is winterized, so you can enjoy it during the coldest months of the year. If you don’t feel like enjoying your coffee in the cafe, I recommend taking it to-go and going for a walk in the neighbourhood.

The cafe is located in the picturesque and charming neighbourhood of Riverdale, and I love walking around and looking at the charming houses. There are also walking paths along the river, which make you feel secluded from the city. I recently went for coffee and a walk with a friend, and it was such a great way to enjoy the afternoon.

I tried the Salted Caramel Latte the last time I went to Little Brick and, although it wasn’t my favourite, it was still delicious. It was just a bit too salty for me. I highly recommend trying the scones if you visit Little Brick.

Little Brick also has a selection of local goods for sale. I love browsing when I’m waiting for my order. You can also shop online!

Visit Little Brick Cafe at 10004 90 ST NW, Edmonton, AB.
