YEG Cafe Highlight: Brew + Bloom

Brew + Bloom

Brew + Bloom is one of the most aesthetically pleasing cafes in Edmonton. From the flower room to the sprawling silk flower tree, there are many Instagram-worthy photo spots in the cafe.

I’ve been to Brew + Bloom a few times and I love the vibes. The drinks are delicious (and also match the aesthetic) and the baked goods are divine. The Strawberry Champagne Cake is my favourite, but the Red Velvet Cake is a close second. I’ve also had muffins and scones before, which are also tasty if you go in the morning and don’t feel like having cake.

The Sweet Cloud Latte is one of Brew + Bloom’s signature drinks and it’s so fun. It consists of superfood-infused condensed milk topped with cotton candy and a pour-over of your choice. I always go with espresso, and you pour it over the cotton candy, which dissolves into the drink. It’s so much fun and looks so pretty. I’ve also tried the Cinnamon Bun Latte, which is sweet.

There are tons of drinks on the menu, including signature alcoholic drinks. Along with baked goods, Brew + Bloom has lunch and dinner menus. One of the best parts about Brew + Bloom is the cafe has a space where they sell products from local businesses, so you can shop after you grab your coffee. You can also buy fresh flowers.

I highly recommend making a reservation if you’re planning on going to Brew + Bloom, as there are limited tables and the cafe fills up fast. You can book a table in the Flower Tree room or the Flower House room. In the summer, there’s also a floral patio.

Visit Brew + Bloom at 10550 115 Street, Edmonton, AB.
