If I had to recommend one hair product, it would be the OUAI Treatment Mask. I’ve used a few hair masks before, including drugstore and higher priced ones, but none have ever stuck out to me.
I’d heard amazing things about the OUAI Treatment Mask, but it’s pricey ($50 CAD) and I couldn’t commit to buying it. So, I put it on my Christmas list and luckily received it, and it has changed my hair game.
The OUAI Treatment Mask is available for fine and medium hair, and thick hair. I received the one for fine and medium hair, which helps restore hydration, repair damage, and add shine. The highlighted ingredients include shea butter, panthenol, and hydrolyzed keratin. It targets dryness, damage, split ends and breakage. It is also safe for colour-treated hair, keratin treatments, and chemically treated hair.
It might be pricey, but the OUAI Treatment Mask is worth the price. I use it once a week and I look forward to it every week. It smells incredible (like rose with hints of bergamot, lychee, cedarwood, and musk) and it feels so luxurious. My hair is soft, shiny and hydrated after using the OUAI Treatment Mask.
My favourite thing about the OUAI Treatment Mask is that you don’t need to leave it in for a long period of time. You only need to leave it in for five minutes to see and feel the effects. This makes it perfect if you’re impatient or hate long showers. The tub is also large, so you get a lot of product for your money.
I’d like to note that my hair has never been coloured, so I can’t comment on if it helps with that. I use heat on my hair almost everyday, and I’ve noticed that my hair doesn’t have as many split ends as it used to since I started using the mask.
I highly recommend the OUAI Treatment Mask and I’d buy it again, even with the expensive price tag.
