This is the best time to make the most of the deals and start your holiday shopping (or treat yourself). This is also a great time to remind you that there’s just two months left to rack up your Beauty Insider points. If you’re aiming to reach Rouge status, this is your time to shop! 

Browsing the Sephora website can be overwhelming, especially during the holidays. There are so many new products and value sets that all look great, but are they really worth the price? 

This is your ultimate guide to shopping the Sephora Savings Event, so that you can get the best gifts for the best price. We’ll go over the sale dates, different Beauty Insider tiers, and my product recommendations!

What is the Sephora Savings Event?

The Sephora Savings Event is an annual sale that happens for Beauty Insider members. The Beauty Insider Program is Sephora’s free rewards program in the United States and Canada that lets you earn points on all your merchandise purchases and redeem those points for rewards. You have to be a member to use the discount, but it’s free to join! 

As always, Sephora Rouge members get first access to the sale starting on October 27 with 20% off. To reach Rouge status, you must spend $1,000 or more in one calendar year. 

VIB and Insider members are next to access the sale starting on October 31. VIB members receive 15% off and Insider members receive 10% off. Insiders are the lowest tier that you automatically become when you sign up for the rewards program. To reach VIB status, you must spend $350 in one calendar year. The sale ends for all members on November 6. All items in the Sephora Collection are 30% off during the Sephora Savings Event. 

My biggest piece of advice is to add the items you’re eyeing to your cart before the sale starts, so that you’re ready to checkout when the sale starts! Trending items are known to sell out, so it’s better to be prepare! The discount code, TIMETOSAVE, also works on EVERYTHING. Sephora does offer Black Friday deals, however, they choose the select products, so this is the best time to shop at Sephora during the holiday season.
