The Tula Glow + Get It Cooling & Brightening Eye Balm is a must-have skincare product for summer.
I purchased the Tula Glow + Get It Cooling & Brightening Eye Balm for a recent vacation to Greece, under the recommendation of a Sephora employee, and I wasn’t disappointed. You know the wonderful feeling of waking up and putting an eye mask on your puffy eyes? That’s how this eye balm feels, and you get the same effect with less work.

The Review
Using the Tula Glow + Get It Cooling & Brightening Eye Balm in the morning feels like a refreshing wake up call. The formula genuinely feels cooling to the touch and gives the skin an immediate glow.
I wouldn’t say it magically makes my dark circles disappear, but it does brighten and depuff the skin. It also feels nice on a hot summer day. I’ll even use the product throughout the day if my skin needs an extra boost.
I love that the product is an eye-balm stick. It’s easy to use and you don’t have to use your fingers. It also prevents you from using too much product.
All in all, I haven’t noticed a difference in my dark circles, but I do love the cooling effect. The Tula Glow + Get It Cooling & Brightening Eye Balm is perfect for vacation, as it’s compact and easy to transport, and it’s great for summer.
PROS: Cooling, depuffs undereyes, eye-balm stick is easy to use
CONS: Doesn’t correct dark circles
Would I buy this product again? I’m undecided, as I love the cooling effect, but am disappointed that it doesn’t do anything for my dark circles.
