It’s extremely important to keep your skin hydrated, which is why you need to use the right moisturizer for your skin. Your skin tends to have different needs depending on the season and weather conditions, which is why I always switch out which moisturizer I use. I’m currently using the First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream Intense Hydration because it’s perfect for the dry, winter air.

The Review
I’m going to preface this review by saying that the First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream Intense Hydration is targeted for dry skin, and you might not love it if you don’t have that skin type.
Before I started using this moisturizer, my skin would flake throughout the day and my foundation would cling to dry spots on my face. I hated wearing makeup in the winter because I knew it would look like it was peeling by the end of the day. That all changed when I discovered the First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream Intense Hydration. It’s seriously a miracle for dry skin.
The First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream Intense Hydration is extremely thick, but it doesn’t feel heavy. It’s lightweight and buildable, so you can apply a very small amount and layer it to your desired coverage. It makes my skin feel soft, hydrated and smooth, and it reduces redness.
The big thing for me is that it works underneath my makeup. I no longer have dry patches for my foundation to cling to and my makeup looks fresh all day long.
The other great thing about the First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream Intense Hydration is that it comes in a large tub, so it lasts the majority of the year. You can also use it on your body if you wish. Sometimes I’ll use a little drop on my hands when they’re unbearably dry.
Overall, I love the First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream Intense Hydration and highly recommend it for anybody with dry skin, especially in the winter.
PROS: Thick, buildable, hydrating, large tub of product, reduces redness
CONS: None
Would I purchase this product again? Yes, and I’ve purchased it repeatedly already.
