If you’re from Edmonton then you know that Remedy Cafe is a staple. It’s a go-to spot for studying, catching up with friends, dates and more.
For most of my life, I’ve always lived far away from a Remedy Cafe location, so I’m a bit late to hop on the bandwagon. I started going frequently two years ago when I worked a block away from the 124 Street Remedy, and it’s a great spot.
My favourite thing about Remedy Cafe is how spacious the cafes are, specifically the 124 Street and 109 Street locations. They are perfect for grabbing a drink and perching in one of the big, comfy chairs to get some work done. Recently, I’ve taken to walking across the high level bridge and stopping at Remedy Cafe for a break.
If you know me then you know my go-to order is always an iced vanilla latte, but lately I’ve been on a matcha latte kick. Remedy’s matcha latte is great, but they’re most known for their chai lattes. I’m not much of a chai person, but Remedy’s chai is delicious.
Remedy Cafe also has a selection of pastries and food, which are also worth trying. My favourites are the blueberry lemon loaf or the iced carrot cake. The portions are perfect for sharing, but I don’t blame you if you keep the treat all to yourself.
Remedy Cafe has 11 locations across Edmonton.
