Happy Makeup Monday! I’m really excited to talk about the Rare Beauty Warm Wishes Effortless Bronzer Stick. I’ve raved about Rare Beauty countless times on this blog (example one, example two) and for good reason — every product is amazing.
I use the Rare Beauty Soft Pinch Liquid Blush almost every day, but I use it with powder bronzer. I’d been wanting to try a cream bronzer for a few months now because I love the finish that the blush has, so I was really excited when the Rare Beauty Warm Wishes Effortless Bronzer Sticks came out in December. I’ve been using it everyday and can’t wait to tell you more about it!
The Product
The Rare Beauty Warm Wishes Effortless Bronzer Stick retails for $30 CAD and comes in five shades. It’s long-wearing, light coverage and water-resistant.
The Review
Like I mentioned, I’ve been in the market for a cream bronzer for a while. I bought the Rare Beauty Warm Wishes Effortless Bronzer Stick as soon as it came out and it has since become a staple in my makeup routine. I haven’t even touched a powder bronzer since buying it.
I went with the lightest shade, “Power Boost” which is described as a true tan with neutral undertones. I didn’t want it to look orange, but, honestly, none of the shades look like they’d be orange. They’re all very natural tones.
The bronzer glides on extremely easily and you can layer it depending on how much pigmentation you want. It’s also easy to blend. My biggest fear with cream products is they’ll dry before I blend them and then it ends up looking blotchy. The Rare Beauty Warm Wishes Effortless Bronzer Stick doesn’t dry up and blends so smoothly. It has a very natural, glowy finish and looks beautiful paired with the Rare Beauty Soft Pinch Liquid Blush.
I highly recommend the Rare Beauty Warm Wishes Effortless Bronzer Stick if you want to make your makeup routine easier or if you’re a beginner. It’s a great staple product to have in your collection.
PROS: Easy to blend, natural finish, easy to apply
CONS: None
